Scott Weinberg
CEO & Founder
Scott Weinberg founded Neovera in 2001 and continues to lead the firm’s strategic direction, growth, and client partnerships. Under his leadership, Neovera has grown from supporting early banking technology platforms to helping regulated organizations manage security, fraud, cloud, and compliance risk. Scott holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston University.
Allison Arvizu
Chief Revenue Officer
Allison Arvizu leads Neovera’s revenue organization, including business development, strategic partnerships, and customer success. She brings enterprise sales leadership experience from Trustwave and Bishop Fox, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving growth in regulated industries.
Mark Donovan
VP of Finance
Mark Donovan brings nearly 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including serving as Controller for D.C. United. As Vice President of Finance, he leads Neovera’s financial operations and supports the firm’s long-term growth. He holds a Master of Accountancy from Loyola University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
Pat Shaw
Senior Vice President
Pat Shaw is Senior Vice President at Neovera and co-founder of the firm’s Fraud Red Team practice. He leads fraud services delivery and helps financial institutions strengthen fraud prevention, detection, and response through adversarial testing and simulation. His background spans banking, payments, authentication, security, and fraud risk management.
Greg Shanton
SVP of Cybersecurity
Greg Shanton leads Neovera’s cybersecurity professional services and security operations teams. He brings extensive experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, and identity management, including senior leadership roles at Broadcom overseeing professional services and global security initiatives.
Jerry Tylman
SVP of Fraud Services
Jerry Tylman leads Neovera’s Fraud Management Practice and Fraud Red Team offerings. With more than 20 years of experience, he has helped financial institutions strengthen fraud controls and address emerging threats. Before joining Neovera, Jerry co-founded Greenway Solutions, a fraud prevention and risk management firm serving the financial services industry.
