Scott Weinberg
CEO & Founder
Scott established Neovera in 2001 and continues to oversee growth, upholding Neovera’s mission by leading strategic direction and partnerships and promoting company culture. What began with the development of a distributed infrastructure for one of the first international banking “Software as a Service” platforms has expanded to support hundreds of client systems.
Prior to launching Neovera, Scott held Director of Technology and Senior Principal positions at Publicis Sapient (formerly Sapient) and CGI Inc. (formerly American Management Systems). He holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston University.
Andy Woods
COO
As Neovera’s COO, Andy is responsible for driving operational excellence across all facets of our business and pursuing strategic efforts to help scale our operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Other areas Andy will take the lead on involves the full integration of our individual platforms, data, and processes – while we are all growing the business together, we need to ensure that we have a comprehensive platform (CRM, PSA, Contract Management, ERP, Collaboration, Document Management, Marketing, etc.), that supports the business and technical needs of the company.
Mark Donovan
VP of Finance
Mark has nearly 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting across a broad range of industries which includes serving as the Controller for DC United Major League Soccer. Mark holds a Masters in Accountancy (MSA) from Loyola University where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with Finance Minor from Providence College and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia.
Greg Shanton
SVP of Cybersecurity
Greg leads Neovera’s cybersecurity professional services and security monitoring teams. Before joining Neovera, he held positions at Broadcom (formerly CA Technologies), including Senior Vice President of North American Professional Services and Global Practices, Vice President of Identity and Access Management, and Global Lead of Cloud Security. His expertise includes information security, cryptography, and software engineering.
Jerry Tylman
Senior Vice President of Fraud Services
Jerry Tylman leads Neovera’s Fraud Management Practice and is the principal architect of its flagship offerings, Fraud Red Team and the Fraud Program Health Check. With more than 20 years of experience, he has led fraud testing and advisory engagements for many of the world’s leading financial institutions.
Prior to Neovera, Jerry co-founded Greenway Solutions in 2004, a Charlotte-based firm that partnered with banks, credit unions, fintechs, and payment providers to test and strengthen fraud controls, address emerging risks, and implement strategies. The firm built a strong reputation for deep industry expertise, practical delivery, and helping some of the world’s largest financial organizations improve outcomes in today’s complex fraud landscape.
Pat Shaw
Senior Vice President
Patrick Shaw is Senior Vice President of Fraud Services at Neovera and co-founder of the firm’s Fraud Red Team practice. He leads delivery of the service, which helps banks identify and close gaps in fraud prevention policies, procedures, and training by simulating the actions of real-world fraudsters.
Patrick brings deep expertise across financial services—including online banking, payments, authentication, and security—as well as in adjacent industries such as retail and commercial banking, brokerage, auto finance, travel, online retail, and telecommunications.
Prior to Neovera, Patrick co-founded Greenway Solutions in 2004, where he built a reputation for helping financial institutions strengthen customer protection and customer experience through strategy, innovation, and practical delivery.
