Neovera Names Seasoned Executive David C. Harley as Vice President of Operations

RESTON, Va., September 12, 2014 – Neovera, Inc., a trusted provider of complex hosting solutions specializing in IT consulting and infrastructure managed services, today announced the appointment of David C. Harvey as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Harvey will oversee Neovera’s delivery teams as well as support the company’s growth strategy, bringing to the position over three decades of experience in building and expanding IT service businesses.

Prior to joining Neovera, Mr. Harvey served as Vice President of Professional Services for Openet Telecom Ltd., based in Dublin, Ireland, a venture backed software company providing IP mediation, charging and policy control systems to the world’s largest Communications Service Providers (CSPs). David’s corporate experience also includes the Sema Group, where he was General Manager of EMEA, responsible for 3,200 professionals in sixteen countries with gross annual revenues of 320 million Euros. David started his career with 18 years at American Management Systems, where he led the team that built the European Telecom business and was responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a $150 million international software services operation, which employed 1,500 engineers in ten countries, ending his tenure there as Senior VP / General Manager.

David holds a B.Sc. from the University of Oregon, a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Denver, as well as Executive Certificates from INSEAD and Harvard.
