RESTON, Va., April 19, 2017 – Neovera, Inc., a leading provider of cyber security services and enterprise cloud solutions, announced the appointment of Al Morisato as the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Morisato will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the technology infrastructure and operations for managed services, as well as, enterprise strategic planning and execution, and introducing efficiencies and processes to support sustained company growth.

Prior to joining Neovera, Mr. Morisato served as the Chief Information Officer of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), and later assumed additional responsibilities for operations and was named the Chief Operations and Technology Officer (COTO). Earlier, Al held various leadership positions at Freddie Mac, where he led the delivery of large scale technology solutions, and managed the ongoing operational activities for various lines of business, and responded to market shifts and other demands. He has also led and managed a diverse set of technology practices that provided specialized services.
Mr. Morisato holds a B.S. from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Mechanical Engineering, and has pursued continuous education in the areas of information technology and executive leadership.
