K2M had struggled for several years with an unreliable on-premises virtual infrastructure. To add further redundancy to K2M’s hybrid infrastructure, Neovera migrated K2M’s legacy applications, including financial reporting, CRM, and file servers, to the Equinix data center – a significant operational expense saving.

Following the successful migration, two years later, seeking greater continuity of operations and regulatory compliance, K2M sought to improve the availability of business email user authentication services, and Neovera helped migrate K2M to a Microsoft Azure-integrated Active Directory and ADFS solution for Microsoft Office 365.

With this solution, K2M enjoys direct connectivity of Office 365 to their Active Directory that provides a combination of more predictable performance and improved reliability, as well as enhanced data privacy.
