Virtual Information Security Officer (vISO) Services
The goal of our vISO services is to provide our clients with knowledgeable and skilled resources to facilitate ongoing management of their Information Security Program. This service will assist with common ISO duties and roles as well as help guide the institution’s management through regulatory matters and General Controls oversight.
It is important for our client’s management to understand what these services are and are not. vISO services do not replace your need for a board appointed ISO on staff at the institution. These services do not include day-to-day management or monitoring of technical security issues such as, patching, antivirus alerts, IDS/IPS alerts, firewall management, or daily event log review.
We offer four levels of vISO services:
- CvISO – Chief virtual Information Security Officer
- vISO – virtual Information Security Officer
- MvISO – Mentoring virtual Information Security Officer
- SvISO – Standby virtual Information Security Officer
Each level is customizable to your institution’s unique environment. In addition, we offer consulting services on a project basis.
